Activity Certificate and Workplace License (if any): Current permits for operation and workplace, if requested.
Certificate of No Tax Debt: Document to be submitted if requested by the system.
For digital infrastructure:
MERSİS Registration: Your company’s records in the Central Registration System must be complete and current. Especially, check the address and authorized personnel information.
Electronic Signature (e-signature): The person submitting the application must have a valid electronic signature obtained from PTT or authorized providers, as the entire application is submitted electronically.

How to Apply for UTTS Online?
The second step of the UTTS application process is done exclusively through the official website managed by Darphane at www.utts.gov.tr. Therefore, applications made on other platforms or third-party sites are invalid, so caution is needed.
Step 1: Create a User Account
First, click the “Register” or “Apply” buttons on the portal homepage to create a new user account on behalf of your company. It is important to enter your email and contact details completely and accurately, as all application notifications will be sent through this account.
Step 2: Fill Out the Application Form
After creating an account, fill in the application form that appears. Depending on the type of applicant (e.g., vehicle owner, fuel station owner, or other relevant options), mark the required checkboxes. Then, carefully and fully enter essential information such as your company’s Tax ID or Personal ID Number, company name, and full address.

All official documents prepared in the first step (tax plate, trade registry gazette, signature circular, etc.) are scanned digitally and uploaded to the system, usually in PDF format. Clear, readable, and current documents ensure fast progress.

For your application to be processed, the application and device fees determined by Darphane must be paid on time. Payment can be made via bank channels directed from the application portal, using EFT or wire transfer.

How Does UTTS Application Approval Work?
After completing the application and payment processes, you can easily track your application status through the UTTS portal or Darphane’s official website. The authorities carefully review your documents and information for completeness and accuracy.
When your application is approved, a unique code required for the installation of the TTB device will be sent to you via the specified communication channels — either email or SMS. This code is critical for a smooth and fast installation process. Therefore, keep your code secure and do not share it with unauthorized persons.
After this step, you can contact authorized service companies to schedule your device installation and include your vehicle in the UTTS system without issues.

How Is UTTS Installed? Who Performs the Installation?
The online approval of your UTTS application is not the end of the process; the crucial next step is the physical installation of the Vehicle Recognition Unit (TTB) on your vehicle. This step is mandatory to ensure legal compliance and must be carefully followed independently of the online procedures.
After your application is approved and you have received your unique installation code, you need to reach out to one of the authorized installation services accredited by Darphane. The list of these authorized services is published on the official UTTS website.
The installation process is quite simple: a small, secure electronic device called TTB is attached around your vehicle’s fuel tank cap. This device communicates wirelessly with the Vehicle Recognition Reader (TTO) at the fuel pump, instantly verifying that the fuel is being delivered to the correct vehicle and transmitting this information to the central UTTS system.
