The diesel or chassis filter is a filter used in the fuel system of commercial vehicles running on diesel fuel. It filters out harmful substances such as dirt, sediment, rust, and water from the fuel, ensuring the engine operates only with clean fuel. This protects the injection systems and the engine.

The filter system includes a valve that facilitates water drainage and debris filtering. Fuel thefts have also been reported from the chassis and diesel filter group.

With the Fuel Guard chassis and diesel filter security solution, fuel misuse and theft from this section are prevented. Fuel theft is prevented with special metal or plastic fittings and serial numbered steel seals.

In case of any replacement, repair, or modification, the product and the serial numbered seal are removed and replaced with a new one. In such cases, a spare seal is provided, and resealing is done to secure protection.

Note: After product installation, air or water filtration is performed through the upper air filter.
